Anything you want to ask

Do I need to host SkillDrill in my country?

No. SkillDrill is hosted in the UK by default. For regions with strict data-residency requirements (UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.) we work with you on a regional deployment. The platform supports it; we handle the technical side.

Will SkillDrill talk to customers in my language?

Yes. The conversational AI runs in any language the underlying model supports - English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, and more. The interface is currently English-first; we work with distributors on UI translation as part of localisation.

What does the rev share look like?

Tiered by annual customer count. Distributors who actively grow their territory move up the bands. We share the full table on the intro call rather than publish numbers that vary by region and deal size.

Who handles customer support?

Tier 1 support is provided by the distributor in the local language. Tier 2 (technical / platform issues) is escalated to the SkillDrill engineering team. We give you tooling, a private partner knowledge base, and direct contact with the team.

Are territories exclusive?

Yes, for distributors who commit to and meet first-year volume targets. We start most territories non-exclusive while we both validate the fit, then move to exclusive once results show up.
